'Donde' means 'where'.
If you use it to start a question, it has an accent on the first 'o' and an up-side-down question mark: ¿Dónde? (Where?)
If it is not used in a question, it doesn't have an accent (or a question mark).
'Donde Estudias?' means 'Where do you study?'
