There should be a button at the top of your keyboard saying "prtscn" next to the button "scroll lock" and "pause break" click that on the picture you would like to copy, and then paste it onto paint for your finished results :).

There is no command button on your hp laptop. I guess you are refering to the command button on an iMac or MacBook? This button is only used by Apple. That's why Windows computers (such as your HP) don't have that button. The same button on your HP laptop will be the control (ctrl) button.
