My power key got stuck and every now and then it holds itself down and ends up force shutting down my computer, is there a way to reassign this key either through terminal or even better, through Apple-Script?
Answer: Depends if your MacBook Pro is the same series built year as the MacBook. Best way to tell is go to apple.com under the Support section, enter your serial number to find the specifications. You have one now and want to try it? Just do it. It will either work or not. My MacBook uses the same AC charger as the MacBook Pro. Does the macbook have a magnetlock charger? if so, it should work with macbookpro My MacBook uses the magnet lock adapter, the same as the MacBook Pro.
There is no way to do this. There are child-proof locks on the sliding doors.
As is so often the case, there are several ways to shutdown Windows. Probably the quickest way is to press the power button - usually Windows is configured to shutdown when the power button is pressed.

No! The processor is soldered with the logicboard/motherboard. they only way to change/upgrade the processor of a macbook pro is to do it when you purhase new macbook pro. hope this helps...
There is no Logical reason to do this. There is an off switch too btw
Press the Power button. Some laptops have a remote and infrared box, so you can turn it on that way, too. Make sure your laptop is charged and the battery is secure if it's not turning on with the power button.
