Who ever asked that question and wants to do it its quiet easy!

Well first,you have a paint brush ( small ) and a piece of cardboard or paper or even a rock or stone!

Then use the end of the brush ( it should have a small circle at the end )

Then do some art have fun doing it or it wont be dot art you can sing too lol!
