Alright I'm going to try to sum this up the best I can.. here we go..
Johto:
Falkner --> Electric
Bugsy --> Fire/Flying
Whitney --> Anything except Ghost
Morty --> Fire/Flying/Electric
Chuck --> Flying
Jasmine --> Ground
Pryce --> Fire/Electric
Clair --> Dragon/Ice/Electric
Kanto:
Brock --> Water
Misty --> Electric
Lt. Surge --> Just get a Quagsire that knows Ground type moves (That's what I did. Electric doesn't effect Quagsire while Ground type is super effective to Electric)
Erika --> Fire
Sabrina --> Anything would work
Janine --> Fire
Blaine --> Water
Blue --> Just match up the type of his Pokemon with yours. (Have a party with every type in it. If he sends out his Exeggutor you know to use your fire type. So on and so forth..)
