Distance Learning, in my opinion, does not provide an equal opportunity for the global community as a whole for the reason that there are certain people and certain countries who are not have the financial means that are necessary for the reason that the equipment cost a great deal. Moreover, Distance learning has proven to be difficult to for those people who belong to a different state and speak a different language. Adopting this way of learning and getting education certainly is difficult for people. Hence, Distance learning does not provide and equal opportunity for all global communities.
