Go to YouTube and search for it there, they have plenty of walkthroughs on things like how to walk underwater (you can do it in every single level), sometimes even with a Yoshi. For example, one video tells you how to walk underwater in Noki Bay. Search "getting under noki bay" for the video that I used. :)
