So I watched the infomercial on motionless exercise and I began to think about what the heck it could possibly be. I began trying to exercise my arms without moving, which basically pitted one muscle against another (I personally did 30 second intravals). For example, I did the poses that I would do if I was doing a bicep curl and was halfway through, but instead of using a weight I just used my other arm to press down. One arm straining to press up, one arm straining to press down. I did 30 seconds, then switched arms. Then I pressed my palms against one another as hard as I could for 30 seconds. Then I tried some stuff with my triceps by putting my arms up over my head and bending them both at right angles. One arms pushed up, one down, then switched. I did this for less than the 7 minutes for the last 3 days and I am SO sore. I haven't seen any results yet- since it's only been 3 days, but I'm a fairly strong female for not working out much (I can bench 80lbs) and I feel like this definitely could work. I haven't figured out how to do the legs or abs yet, but it says on the infomercial that you can do it sitting down so if anyone figures it out, let me know!
