there are loads of ways to do it, you can do it with : cars, motorbikes, bmx, airplanes and loads more the easiest way to do them though are to drive off ramps or tall buildings or just spawn a quad and hit the skate park and when you do better and better the more money you will get so stick to the skate park if you want a little extra cash
