Actually,There already IS an Arcues Event,Use Action Replay to do this action :) no,the action replay doesn't work i have tried it with almost every U.S. code

Yes, it does end. when you trade arcues from Diamond,Pearl,or Platinum you can do the event only one time unless you use the cheat to do it over and over.
