In short.
Select an object that would just sink in water. Then using identical sized containers pour an equal amount of water into each, say 3/4 full.
Then in each dissolve an increasing amount of salt, from no salt in the first, to large amounts of salt in the last.
Then place the same object into each container, starting with the "no added salt" water to demonstrate it would sink in this. Then into the increasing concentrations of salt. If it is suspended in the salt solution and not the first "no added salt" water, you're proven salt water helps objects float
That depends what object you want to float.
An object float in a liquid only when the density of the solid is lower than the density of the liquid.
It is the laboratory, or service station, measurement of an object's (including Fluids) Density based upon it's ability to float a test material.
The ability to float in liquids is called buoancy. It is regularly demonstrated by wood, which is less-dense than water, and will float (in most cases). If an object is too dense, or its weight is not distributed over a large area, then it will sink.
Less than that of the substance it is floating on.
Science Buddies has a project called: How Salty Does the Sea Have to Be for an Egg to Float?
A good object that will float is a plastic container. It worked for me. Yes a plastic container will work well it worked in my science class.
The Buoyancy of an Egg
If it's for a science project, then discovering the answer is the fun part!
it increases the density of the water, making objects float easier. ex. the dead sea.
when a object float it has density
The density of the object goes through the less denser liquids until it gets to a liquid that is more dense than it. The first liquid that is denser than the object, the object will float on the liquid. My class did this in Science Class.
The higher the salt content in water the more an object will float. Check the related links for a science experiment that will also help you to experience how this works.
The object would float in the middle if it was in water.
it means like what happened when you were testing your science fair project so for an example if you did how salty does the sea have to be for an egg to float on water you have to say what egg floated and how much it weighed

Yes it can, if you put a lot of salt in the water. You'll see that it works it works for a great science project!
