The three-step is simplest of all the "steps" in Break Dancing.

Start from a crouching position, standing on your left foot's toes with your right leg sticking straight out.

  1. Jump a little low, just high enough to alternate legs, so that you're now on your right foot's toes with your left leg sticking straight out.
  2. Turn over 180o counter-clockwise, so that you're now in kind of a push-up position.
  3. From there, jump and turn over 180o counter-clockwise again. As you spin the second time, tuck in your left leg, so you land in your starting position.

You've just executed the three-step! Enjoy break dancing!
