i to am 13 and 110lbs, and i want to lose weight too. What i am trying to do is eat healthy and try not to snack on unhealthy foods too much. Only have three meals a day. breakfast should be your biggest meal because you have the whole day to work off your food. dinner should be the smallest meal. So to lose weight you have to eat right and exercise daily. maybe go on a jog once or twice a week.
