Groom:40-70 equus per day, raise can go up to 100 equus, keeps your stable clean
Riding Instructor:50-80 equus per day, raise can go up to 110 equus, increases the equus you get off of your center's lessons
Vet:60-90 equus per day, raise can go up to 120 equus, makes the stable living conditions get better and lowers the price of foaling a mare who is boarded there
Blacksmith:70-100 equus per day, raise can go up to 130 equus, does the horseshoes of your boarders
Saddler:80-160 equus per day, raise can go up to 190 equus, lets your boarders be able to fix and clean that howrse's tack in the saddlery
You need to hire at least one of each of these to be a good center though!
Your job is automatically done every day you take care of at least one of your horses
Go to profile → my job → then you can find yourself a groom's job. :-)
Well if you don't take care of your horse, the horse will not age.
And you should not be on howrse at your job.
