How do you download Toshiba service station 2.2.9 I found it in the Toshiba bulletin board tried to download but then it said I need to go on the main account of the laptop. I did and it gone?

For this type of issue one may need to directly contact Toshiba and find out if something may be wrong. Sometimes it says a download is available but doesn't give out incompatibilities and this may be the issue.
