They come as a separate download when you purchase the Rezurrection DLC and you must download both the Rezurrection Map Pack and the 4 World at War Black Ops Zombie maps. They both must also be installed after you have downloaded them

Why are you not getting der riese in your download?
If you purchased Rezurrection for Black Ops you must download the 4 WAW maps as a separate download. For Call of Duty World at War you must purchase the DLC that includes it.

When you buy Rezurrection there are 3 downloads, one is Rezurrection, another is a zombie soundtrack, and the third is the WAW Zombie maps. The downloads took me about 10 or 15 minutes to download on the afternoon of September 22 2011. Installation of the downloads took another 10 or 15 minutes to complete.

Rezurrection is $15 at the Playstation Store but is for Call of Duty Black Ops and will not work on World at War. The 3 Map pack bundle for World at War is $25. Rezurrection has zombie maps with the names of the World at War zombie maps, but the have been changed to allow them to work on Black Ops

Well you can only get the zombie maps and not the multiplayer maps,and to get them you could get the Hardened or Prestige edition of Black ops or just get them with the download of the rezurrection zombie map,(moon).And in the WaW maps you can still get the WaW weapons just the wall ones only.
What if you didn't get the world at war maps with the resurrection map pack?
The WAW Zombies maps for Black Ops is a separate larger download than the Rezurrection download and available with purchase of Rezurrection from Xbox or Playstation Store. Once downloaded it also needs to be installed separately. Go back to your purchase download and see if it is there for you to download or check to see if it needs to be installed. Both would be hard to miss because it took 10 minutes to download and install the 1000 MB file.

You buy the Map Pack bundle for World at War and download when the game disc for World at War is in your PS3. They are not the same Maps that are in Black Ops Rezurrection or Black Ops Hardened Edition and will not work for Black Ops Standard Edition

I found out that if you have the classic maps for World at War on Black Ops , it's free. Rezurrection will not be free If you only have the WAW maps. It is actually only free to individuals who purchased the hardened and Prestige edition of Black Ops
