The Pantech ease is a great phone for youe elderly mother. It was designed with her in mind. It has an easy to learn interface and large writing. It also very fast.
To change the password on a Pantech Ease phone, go to the "Settings" menu from the home screen. Look for the "Security" or "Lock" option, then select "Change Password." Enter your current password, followed by the new password you wish to set, and confirm it. Save your changes to complete the process.

You can download and listen to your iTunes music on your Pantech Ease. Connect your computer and phone with the USB cable provided by the handset manufacturer. Wait for the devices to synchronize. Select "Music Player" in the pop-up window to open the application. Use your computer to access iTunes. Select the music you want to add to the Pantech Ease. Drag and drop the selection into your Music Player app. Wait for the handset to synchronize. The program will indicate when you can remove the USB cable.
On the Pantech Ease you can choose from two modes: Easy and Advanced.
The Pantech Ease has the ability to play various music files including the AAC iTunes format. Connect the Pantech Ease to your computer with a USB cable. After your phone syncs with the computer, select "Music Player" on the pop up window. The music app will open. Run the iTunes program on your computer. Select a song to drag and drop into the music app. The phone program will alert you when it's safe to unplug the phone.
