All i had to do with mine was to hook it into a usb port and it loaded automatically. mine came with a disk, but my windows vista automatically found the software online. then i was able to load songs from my playlists in Windows Media Player. One feature that have really liked is that it will scramble my play list onto the player if i want it to so i have it recharge and refresh the songs while it is charging, this is pretty neat for a $15.00 player. I hope you have as much fun with yours as i have with mine.

you download the music ofcorse from the computer
1024 mb = 1gb
1,000 or less
Around 180-185KB/s...thats roughly 1GB in 1 hour
not sure
it depends on the quality of your music . let's say if it's 128kbps which is the normal quality then your 1GB Mp3 player would probably take about 1000 minutes , but again it varies .
audio books don't take up 1gb not even close (also how do u gt 1gb free a month????
someone help me also where can i download 8-bit games for sony mp4
pls let me have 1 gb i need to install one game then can play
depends on what you expect from it. If you are expecting it to do all the stuff an ipod does you will be disapointed. If you just want a very basic player that is cheap light and small it is great. I use mine for music while running So I wanted something small light and with a clip to attach to clothing, which it does just fine. All it does is just play files, but that is all I want it to do. one thing you should know is that I never even tried the earbuds, buds fall out to easy, so I can't comment on them. I use a pair of basic sony earclips, the ones with a hook like thing that goes around the ear.
Most mp3 players will show up like a flash drive when you plug them in to your computer. Just go to "my computer" in windows when it is plugged in and you can click and drag songs onto the mp3 player. It will probably show up as a removable drive.
