Normally, even without the driver, your computer should recognise the camera as an external storage drive and assign it a drive letter, just like a hard disk or CD drive. If you are usng windows XP, try this: # Go to control panel and double click the System icon. # On the Sytem applet, click Hardware tab. # Click on the Device Manager button. # In the Device Manager window, look for any yellow icons with exclamation marks. # If you find such an icon, right click and select Uninstall to remove the offending driver. # Then re-install the original driver that came with your Camera. Remember to connect the camera to the PC only AFTER installing the drivers, or when prompted by the software. I do hope this solves your problem...:)
