Disconnect the input side of the "fuel water separator" (Fuel filter) take that hose and connect it to another long 1/4 inch hose with a primer bulb on the other end. Get the primer bulb lower than the gas tank of the jetski and start the flow by squeezing the bulb. Make sure you have the jetski gas selector in the "RES" position to get as much out as possible. Once it starts flowing gravity should do the rest. It's not fast but it works.
50:1 mix
To drain the gas from a 2000 Yamaha TT-R, disconnect the fuel line and drain into an appropriate container. If this is a winterization process, there are fuel stabilizers available in retail locations.
pull the gas line off of the carburetor and let it drain.
No, you have to use the fuel pump to drain.
It is a 2 stroke. There shouldn't be any oil to change. Just the lubricating oil in the fuel mixture.
Pump it out.
Found this link via google and it answers your question. I have just purchased a 1990 waverunner LX and was looking for the same info. A PWC mechanic did tell me 32:1 ratio. http://www.dansmc.com/2stroke_oil.htm I own a Yamaha 1989 Wave runner, and the fuel to Oil ratio is 50:1. Hope this helps, i guess there is a bit of a difference between the 1990 adn 1989.
A broken piston ring will allow fuel to enter the exhaust system. The fuel will drain out of the exhaust.

Remove the fuel line from your 2004 Chevy Cavalier fuel tank. Remove the front fuel tank retaining strap. Push upward on the back of the fuel tank, until all of the fuel this drained out.
Pump it out with a mechanical hand pump.
