Unfortunately, those axles don't have a drain plug. So you're going to have to unbolt the differential cover and let it drain out that way. Note that you'll also have to clean off the old gasket and replace it when you reinstall the diff cover. To refill it, the plug is at the top of the differential carrier, on the right side.
You have to remove the differntial covers to drain the fluid.
There is a drain plug located on the bottom on the transmission, towards the right rear.
Remove rear axle cover, oil will drain out, reseal and install cover, fill fluid.Remove rear axle cover, oil will drain out, reseal and install cover, fill fluid.
Should be a drain plug at radiator either in rear or bottom
To change the rear axle fluid you can remove the rear cover from the axle and drain it that way. If you don't want to remove the rear cover you can use a pump and a hose to drain it through the fill hole.
front or rear? the front is slightly higher and rear of the drain... the back has a cover you remove to drain the fluid and a fill on the front of the diff..
The fill plug is on the rear cover of the differential. Remove the rear cover to drain the fluid.
pull the plug on the bottom of the axle or remove the cover if there ins't a drain plug.
Look at the rear or bottom of the radiator
Uniess it has an aftermarket cover with a drain plug the only way is to remove the cover on the rear of the housing. (can be messy)
