Have somebody who can sew sew one end of the sleeve of a long sleeve shirt.place your hand on the end of the sleeve so that your fingers are not touching the sleeve.cut holes the size of your fingers where your fingers were on the sleeve for finger holes.you can put a t-shirt on top if you want.
