disconnect the fuel lines and any brackets or hold downs for the lines.loosen the filler hose clamps.set some thing under the tank to support it .undo the mounting straps bolts and lower the tank onto your supports.as you lower the tank you will have to guide the filler hose over the frame .
note .best to have the least amount of fuel in the tank.mark line positions
