You give one masterball to one Pokemon. Next place it in an empty box. save your game. Then take the Pokemon back out and go to the battle tower. The lady will ask "would you like to save your game?" click yes, then yes again, then the game will say "saving... don't turn off the power, and right when it says power turn the game off. It it worked, then you should have two Pokemon both holding a masterball! congratulations!
