What takes FOREVER is when you play fetch and earn 5 foogems each time your pet catches it.
What I do is Give The pet a BATH. Each time you do it you Earn 100-200 foogems. All you have to do is do that a couple times. If you do it About two-Three times you gain another level.
Playing games gets you foogems That you can buy food with. The Easiest game for ME is The circle the cat. And it's also really fun.
Other ways is:
When you pet your animal you Earn 3 Foogems.
Feeding them and watering them gets you 10 Foogems.
