I went from 210lb to 173lb with really just 1 number.

You need to know your 0 weight loss or gain and make a small deficit from there.

People try and eat at too large of a deficit(resticitive diet and to quickly so it if they lose any weight they gain it back). They essentially are trying to shed big while their body is trying to hold on. You need to sneak up on your body. My experience has been (went from 210lb to 173lb) that eating barely under my 0 weight loss or gain number works best. I have seen it work better for others as well.

The ONLY and best site to get this number at is healthsidekick

FYI all other sites are off when they tell you how much food you can eat and lose weight. This has been my experience.

just be sure to drink PLENTY of water. You should walk atleast three times a week if not more. But walk for the first 5 to 8 minutes then start to increase and by 25 minutes you should be running. You can stop at 25 minutes if you are tired. But usuall you start out with 15 minutes per day in the beginning then progress more with the more that you run. Also during your everyday activities do little excersises move more and strecth often so your muscles are constantly loose. Examle while watching t.v move your arms and leggs. Still eat that's one thing that everyubody thinks will help is not eating but you accually gain weight when you first stop eating. Eat five times a day your regular three meals and two snacks but just downsize your portions.
