1 cup of water,1 cup sugar, boil until dissolved. Add 1 bag of cranberries, boil until berries POP! remove from heat, berries will thicken as they set. I like to add rind of one orange after removing from heat. 1 package (1 quart) cranberries 2 cups water 2 cups sugar dash cinnamon (optional) Place cranberries in saucepan and add water. Bring to a boil. Simmer with lid on. Stir occasionally. When berries become softened, pour in a strainer. MASH as much pulp as possible through strainer. Pour pulp back into saucepan and add sugar. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Cool and chill.
