To the far right of the question you will see a blue edit pencil. Click on that and the question will be set into a window where you can edit it. If people have already begun to answer the question, don't change it in a way that will nullify the answers, unless you can clarify by editing. Make an effort not to change the intention of the original questioner. The goal should always be simplicity and clarity, not complexity and unnecessary detail.
There is nothing there to edit. You will have to add more question detail before it can be answered.
The Community Guidelines encourage contributors to use full sentences when answering a question, instead of just posting an answer such as "No." However, we cannot force people to add more detail to their answers; if you find an answer that lacks sufficient detail, please flag the answer for improvement. Another contributor can then edit the answer to add in more detail in relation to the question being asked.
You can explain your question out in further detail on "Discussion" pages. Once you ask a question look on your left hand sidebar for an option that says "Discuss". From there you can add a response or add more detail to what you are asking.
You can add more detail in the discussion area. Click on the 'Question Tools' link at the top-left of the question page - and click on the 'Discuss' link. That takes you to a blank area where you can add more detail if you wish.
You will have to edit your question to add more detail to it. "Bbl in oil" isn't really asking anything, so it can't be answered until we know what you are asking.
