there is a website to order this stuff called smellywash. It works great and the bottle last atleast a whole year and you only need to do it once a month to keep your machine smelling fresh! It works great on towels too that smell funky!
Make sure your sewage vent is not plugged up on the roof. This is the likely cause of sewage odors. You can try pouring a bucket of hot water down the vent pipe to clear it. Last alternative is to use a about 1/2 bottle of liquid Draino and pour that down the vent. It should clear it within an hour or so. If that fails you will need to call a licensed plumber to correct the issue.
I took one of those "Mr. Clean Magic Erasers" inside of mine and it just took the smell right away. it was awesome =]
they dont have any water and fumes could cause a lot of mess
they smell like a room of chlorine, and they eliminate bacteria smell
Because either the trap has evaporated thus allowing sewer gases to enter Or because of soap scum build up from the laundry room and grease deposits from the kitchen sink waste this allows odor causing bacteria to thrive.. The drain lines should be water jetted clean (scoured)
No.
Yes I can, Not only can I snake a laundry room sink alone I have already snaked a 36" main sewer alone Water Jetting I already cleared a stoppage in a 48" line
If it is long enough between uses for the water in the trap to evaporate then sewer gas can work it's way past the trap.
Get out of the room, and open the doors and windows until you cannot smell either chlorine or ammonia.
