there is a spell that enchants all Sapphire jewelry. it takes cosmic runes and maybe water, not sure. it is a fairly low lvl spell, i think under 20 magic. after that u can enchant emeralds then rubies then diamonds then dragonstones then onyx. those come at higher lvls though

fter completing the Fremennik Trials quest, a lyre can be enchanted by offering certain raw fish to the Fossegrimen's altar south-west of Rellekka. The lyre then becomes an Enchanted lyre, and is bound with a number of charges that teleport the player to the gates of Rellekka.

However, if players equip a Ring of Charos (a), they can convince the spirit that a bass is really a small shark, and she will recharge the lyre. After the quest it is possible to have more than one enchanted lyre at one time.

first, i would suggest having like 20 crafting, then you cut the Sapphire, take a gold bar and an amulet, necklace or whatever ure making mold, use the mould on the furnace and then a screen will come up. Choose the one with amulet and there ya go, to string it use a ball of wool on it if its an amulet

2. Get one cosmic rune and five fire runes.

2a. Make sure you have 49 Magic for that!

3. Use the enchant ruby jewellery on the necklace.

4. Voila.
