You don't enter codes onto Warcraft 3 world editor. Once you buy Frozen Throne, World Editor should come along with it. But you have to enter the CD codes into Frozen Throne but not World Editor.

You can't enter cheat codes on Xbox, on PC you can enter console commands which is what I think you are thinking of.

Go to your battle.net account management homepage. Click on "Add Games" Click "World Of Warcraft Battlechest" Click "Serial code/Have serial key" Enter the Serial code provided when you purchased the battle chest.
There are many ways to enter a cheat code depending on the game. Some games will guide you through the process.
World of Warcraft does not have any cheat codes. I imagine there are ways to attempt to hack the game servers and get a free account but be warned Blizzard has many employees that are there for the specific purpose of fighting hackers. If discovered your account will be banned and you may face criminal charges.
