You need to get in touch with the show organisors directly, their contact details can be found on the rhs website. But they don't make it easy for you because they don't want any Tom, Dick or Harry applying. They will then send you an example application pack from the year before and if you are not put off by that (which you probably will be, its pretty scarey stuff!) then they will send you the current application pack if you ask.
