if ti was your vehicle when it was first purchased if you wrote it down somewhere use it if it was someone elses contact them to see if they have it it neither of those work i hate to tell you but you will have to go to a dealership and have them reset it and it usually is expensive or you could buy an aftermarket radio

If it's looking for a code check to see if the 4 digit code is written on a piece of paper stuck to the underside of the engine bay hood.
