How do you envovle Pokemon in Pokemon Mystery Dungeon?

after you defeat rayquaza, there will be a commotion about Snubull. Go to Wishcash's pond and talk to Alakazam. After you are done talking to him, leave and go to do any mission. Your partner will ask you about making a member the leader. You say yes and then you make your partner go to his/her area. Go to the cave by in Whishcash's Pond and evolve if your in the right level. If you want to evolve your partner, make them the leader and then go to your area and make you stand by and do the same process.
