How do you equip felvine comrad in monster hunter freedom unite?

go to your kitchen, (the door behind your house)

it's the dark door, you can't miss it.

in the kitchen there's two board,

the left deals with with the kitchen cats,

the right deals with your felyne comrade ( it should be next to a small box)

select the "active/reserve" option from the menu.

select your felyne and then press "X"

there should be a giant catpaw to indicate that that is the current felyne that will accompany you on your mission.

you can have 5 max kitchen cats, 10 reserve felyne comrade, 3 active comrade (total to 13 fighting cats or felyne comrade)

you can only bring 1 to your mission, and the other two can train or rest while they wait for you return.

Note: talk to kitchen cats after every each missions

some cats might give you something, some wants something from out but eventually will give you something more than you give them.
