To equip a specialist weapon you will first need to buy a specialist character (Viper, Hawk, Raven or Scorpion) Next you need to equip your specialist in the Character tab. Then you are enabled to equip one specialist weapon in your backpack. You can equip one more if you buy a specialist 2-slot license. Or buy a specialist backpack licence to equip one more normal gun.
