you ll get it by leveling up. i think it depends when you get it by what you take in the beginning but I'm not sure. till either be early in the game or really late. (please give me a trust point) can get it in a part when you choose your wepon in the beginning if you choose the sword you get it at level 15,staff level 9 and shield 12
