You would have to go into the Wii saved files and delete the entire date for the game.
Go to options (that little screwdriver on the tackboard) and there's an option that says erase file.

On the title screen, press and hold up, select, and b. It will ask you if you want to erase it. You choose yes. It will then ask if you are sure. You say yes again. It will take FOREVER to erase most of the time. If you turn it off while it erasing it'll be corrupted.
