Yes, an interlock device will still work. An MSD box is an after market brain that fires the spark plugs in performance vehicles and has nothing to do with engaging the starter motor. The interlock device is installed between the ignition switch (key) and the starter motor relay or solenoid and is independent of the secondary ignition system. (Where the MSD box is located)
Depends on the sensitivity level set in the ignition interlock system.
Shy-Drager syndrome is a degenerative neurological disorder that affects your brain and other parts of your central nervous system. It causes a drop in blood pressure when standing up, bladder dysfunction and other Parkinson's-like symptoms, such as slowness of movement, muscle rigidity and poor balance. Shy-Drager syndrome develops in adulthood, beginning at an average age of 50 years, and is gradually progressive and usually fatal. A rare condition, Shy-Drager syndrome occurs about two to three times more frequently in men. Shy-Drager syndrome is named after two researchers who first described it in 1960. It's commonly referred to as multiple system atrophy (MSA). http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/shy-drager-syndrome/DS00989/DSECTION=1
A sprinkler system employing automatic sprinklers that are attached to a piping system that contains air that might or might not be under pressure, with a supplemental detection system installed in the same areas as the sprinklers. Preaction systems are typically installed in areas where water damage due to accidental discharge of the sprinklers or breakage of the piping is a concern, or damage in the sprinklers and piping due to freezing. There are three types of preaction systems: non-interlock,single interlock, and double interlock. non interlock: water flow to sprinklers upon fused sprinkler or detection single interlock: water flow upon detection Double interlock: water flow only when detection and sprinklers detect fire

Short to ground on the shift interlock system?
Check the shifter interlock system. A simple problem like a bad brake light switch can make the interlock not release. Possible fuse or wiring problem also. this is only a guess because of lack of information (Year, make, model, etc) given. Also check the owners manual for bypass instructions if the car does have a interlock system. An interlock system needs the brake pedal depressed to move the shifter.
