Hold the app icon until the apps start shaking. Then press the red X on the one you want erased.
To stop it shaking, press home twice or if that doesn't work, try turning it off and on again. Hope this Helps.
It is NT possible at all to delete paused app...I am facing d same problem n it's really frustrating me...u don't hav ny other option except to let it finish d download...if u really want to delete it then u can restore your iPhone again..tat will work
