its easy! just make eevee very happy during the day! ways to make it happy: win alot of battles while leveling it up,give it a masage in vielstone(walk out of Pokemon gym and go to where there are 2 houses on the right and go to the house on the left and talk to the lady with the blonde hair and after that,level up eevee until it evolves)
