if youre trying to evolve a eevee into a glaceon then you need to get a frozen rock. Then, once you have met the requirments to evolve your hero, go to luminous spring and you use the frozen rock as an item.
HOWEVER- I also want to evolve into a glaceon but I dont know how to get a frozen rock......(sry!)
