There's no Event for this; you've gotta transfer Manaphy egg from Pokemon Ranger. Step 2: Catch/transfer a Ditto. You can get one at Route 218 (with National Dex) or in Pokemon FR/LG/ at Routes 13, 14 or 15, Pokemon Mansion Basement 1, Cerulean Cave Floors 1, 2. It can also be seen in Pokemon E, at the Desert Underpass. Step 3: Now go to Solaceon Town. Put Manaphy and Ditto together. Wait a while, then come back. KEEP YOUR GAME TURNED ON! Step 4: Now you have a dun dun dun...... w00t! a Phione egg! Step 5: Walk 1,000,000- steps or so. Step 6: Huh?........the egg is hatching! Voila! Ya got it! LOL (: Now you have only 2 of the 11 uber legendaries in this world......
