How do you evolve poliswine in Pokemon Platinum?

You need the national pokedex to go to the Survival Area. go to the route to the right (East) and to the north you'll see a place to use rock climb. use rock climb and head east and you'll see a small house. This is the place where someone will teach your Pokemon moves if you have color shards (found underground). Tell the person to teach your Poliswine AncientPower. Now all you have to do is make your Poliswine level up. You can battle with it or use a RareCandy. Your choice. It doesn't matter what level it is. you just have to make it level up.
