Do you have a high level rhydon, or just thinking of what rhydon evlolution is? Trying to evolve it? Hm... The answer is right here! Right now, and in the right place. If you have a protecter... You might be just lucky if you have a friend to trade the rhydon with the protecter. Hey! When you trade a rhydon with a protecter it's possible to trade pokemon, and the other user gets the different pokemon. Good luck!

∙ 14y agoFirst you must give Rhydon the Protector and then trade it to someone. I recommend trading it to a friend through DS Wireless Communication so then they will trade it back to you instead of using the GTS where you can't get it back.You find the protector on route 228.

∙ 14y agoRhyhorn evolves to rhydon at level 42, and in ruby, rhydon does not evolve in ruby. In Pearl, platinum, or diamond, if you trade a rhydon holding a protector it will turn into a Rhyperior.
