Jolteon- Thunder Stone
*- only in diamond, pearl or platinum
you cant get espeon, umbreon, leafeon, or glaceon on leaf green as they are in the wrong pokedex and were 'created' after the game was made. you can evolve into flareon, vaporeon, or jolteon.
