Leave the walk around a room for a long period of time, teach them to go up and down the steps, or you could even get a leash and take him/her on a walk they have them at pets stores.
Let it run around the floor or teach it to go up and down the stairs, do NOT buy a ball or wheel they can hurt there spines.
You can by him/her a run so it can run about or by a guinea pig lead though that is quite cruel/dangerous or a play tube.
Guinea pigs should not have a wheel in there cage because it isn't good for there backs NEVER put a guinea pig in an exercise wheel! Guinea pigs are not designed to be able to bend backwards and forcing their spines into this position could break the spine and paralyse the guinea pig. Your pig should be kept in a hutch where it has enough room to run and exercise without the need for a wheel.
put it on a leash and take it for a walk or a run if u want to
It is spelled "guinea pig". You got it right! :)
You can interact with your guinea pig by petting, playing, and talking to them. Providing toys and tunnels for exercise and mental stimulation can also be enjoyable for them. Additionally, offering a variety of fresh vegetables and hay for them to munch on can keep them happy and healthy.
You can't take Guinea Pig's for a walk with leads or anything like that as they are very bad for a Guinea Pig's spine. You are best to either let them go in a run outside or let them out in your house. You are best letting it run in your house, but keep it away from wires and spaces it can hide in. You shouldn't use a guinea pig harness or lead as they can damage their sensitive spines.
A Guinea Pig..
Guinea pig's parents:)
I don't have a guinea pig.
guinea pig
Certainly not ! Guinea pigs by their nature need plenty of space to run around, and get exercise. A floor area of 37 x 21 inches is far too small even for ONE Guinea pig !
