You can force a frozen application to quit by pressing the Command Option and Escape keys (Cmd Alt Esc) which will open a window listing all the running applications. Select your frozen application's name in the list (often has Not Responding next to it) and click the Force Quit button. Often there is a Force Quit option from the pop up menu if you click and hold on the application's icon in the Dock.

You can't get rid of the account, but u can get rid of the toolbar. On your left on the toolbar it says ooVoo. Right click on it and where it says ooVoo toolbar, click on it, exit out, and if you did it right it should be gone! :)
Just go tot the top off your page, click on oovoo then at the bottom it will say sign out, press that then you will be signed out.

Go to oovoo.com and click download. Next it will go to a page that says do you have a mac or windows. I have windows so i pressed download under windows and it downloaded to my computer. Do the same under mac if you have a mac.

If ooVoo freezes you need to Force the application to quit by clicking on the application's icon in the dock, holding the mouse button down until a menu pops up, and then selecting Force Quit from the menu. You can then restart the application but you should also report the problem to the ooVoo developers (See links below).
