The amount of particular neurotransmitters that we have at any given time will greatly affect our overall mood. Endorphins are called Happy Neurotransmitters, Endorphins and other opiates can help to relieve stress and also bring about feelings of euphoria.
Chocolate can also affect levels of serotonin, the levels in which affect sleep patterns and also can be taken as an anti depressant.
If you don't want to eat chocolate there are plenty of other ways to better your mood, below is a list of a few other ways.

You can then read it to yourself afterward. * Listen to music that you find uplifting, this can range from your favorite Opera songs to your favorite Grunge and 'Screamo' songs.
