Personally, I have no problems working with Christians or people of other religions.
An overtly Christian environment will feel oppressive to anyone who doesn't subscribe to those specific beliefs. The way overt Christians come across to the general population is a bit creepy and judgmental.

You shouldn't feel sick after working out, tired stiff are possibilities , if you are really un fit or have just eaten you may feel nauseous (like throwing up) but you should not feel sick at least not regularly, I recommend seeing a doctor.
